Unlimited revisions. We'll edit your video with no limit on feedback/revisions for 30 days after your first video version is sent to your email. Revisions do not include re-shooting.

 

After this 30 day period, we may assess a fee for additional revision requests depending on the urgency or complexity of the request.

 

Free rescheduling. We do not charge a fee to reschedule a shoot as long as we receive your request at least 7 calendar days before the original shoot date. 

If we receive your request within 7 calendar days of the original shoot date, we may assess a fee of $1,000 or greater depending on the expenses we incur.

Fixed prices. We always quote the full price of the project as scoped and disclose the pricing of available add-ons/upgrades.

If you request more work from us later on, such as an additional shoot, we will quote this extra cost for your approval before proceeding. 

 

Raw footage storage. We store all of the raw footage from your project on our servers for a minimum of 3 years. This is helpful if you need us to make edits in the future.

No usage fees. We do not charge you to use, broadcast, or otherwise share your finished videos, and we do not require you to tag, promote, or endorse Bentley Media on your website or social media.
