The Buck Jones Toy Run is an annual motorcycle ride from Cumming, GA to Dahlonega, GA where participants leave children's toys at every stop. The event began in 1991 when Buck Jones, former Cumming police chief, noticed a lack of charities helping families with presents around Christmas time. After his death in 2010, Bikers Dream of Atlanta took over the organization and started calling the event the Buck Jones Memorial Toy Run.
Among the hundreds of motorcyclists, my father participated in the ride and asked me to take some footage from above. Here are some highlights of the convoy leaving the Cumming Fairgrounds.
