Josh Haymore contacted me a few days ago after I responded to his Facebook call to create a promotional video. However, barely a minute passed by in our phone call before he told me that he didn't need a promo... he was actually proposing to his girlfriend and wanted someone to film it.
Naturally, I was surprised but also quite excited at the opportunity. I've never filmed anything like this before and was ecstatic when he booked us right away.
The evening was filled with so much love that the cold weather didn't seem to bother anyone. Josh and his now fiancée, Sarah Pruitt, were surrounded by friends, family, and strangers, serenaded by two of Josh's closest friends, and illuminated by the beautiful holiday decorations on the Dahlonega square.
Needless to say, this is one of the most heartwarming projects we've ever been a part of, and I'm glad I was able to help Josh when he needed someone to capture his special moment.
